If your student has difficulty learning or applying skills or is struggling in school, Brain Builders Tutoring may be able to help fine tune your student's learning processes. Special education teachers trained in variety of programs including Orton-Gillingham and Lindamood-Bell™ staff our small private practice. They design programs tailored to the students' specific learning needs and weaknesses. Also offered are educational evaluations, consultations, advocacy, and classes for writing, organizational and study skills. We track and test the students we tutor so progress can be demonstrated and tutoring strategies adapted. As a result, we know that multi-Year improvements in reading and cognitive functioning are often achievable, sometimes as quickly as in just three months using a program like the Processing and Cognitive Enhancement (PACE) system.
