We require our tutoring contract to be signed before tutoring sessions begin. There are two choices: tutoring on a reserved status or tutoring on an "ad hoc" status. For reserved status, we will reserve days and times with a specific tutor. The client receives one "free session" card for every 10 paid sessions thus getting a ten percent discount over time. The card can be used if a session needs to be cancelled. If a client does not have a card to use, they must pay for the cancelled session.
 
For "ad hoc" status, the client must call each week to set up sessions at when a tutor has an available time slot. The times and days may vary from week to week. The client is responsible for paying the cost of any any session that is not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
