Billing
We require our tutoring contract to be signed before tutoring sessions begin. There are two choices: tutoring on a reserved status or tutoring on an "ad hoc" status. For reserved status, we will reserve days and times with a specific tutor. The client receives one "free session" card for every 10 paid sessions thus getting a ten percent discount over time. The card can be used if a session needs to be cancelled. If a client does not have a card to use, they must pay for the cancelled session. |

Tutoring sessions are paid for on an "as you go" basis. Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card and are required at the start of each session. Bills not paid on time are assessed a 10% late fee. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 fee for bank charges. |

No. Generally, educational tutoring is not covered by medical insurance. A few large companies may reimburse employees for some or all of the expense of tutoring. You would need to check with your employee benefits department to see if you company has such a program. |

Typically, tutoring sessions are 1 hour long. At times, with younger students, we will recommend starting at 45 minutes and working up to a 1-hour session. Currently, the fees range from $137 - $147 for one hour sessions, and $127-$137 for 45 minute sessions. |
